1. Who We Are

Eagle Wings Aviation (“Eagle Wings,” “we,” “us”) operates a private marketplace for buying and selling aircraft. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash). If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email from that provider.

Identity verification. Access to pricing, owner information, and transactions requires identity verification. Verification documents (government ID, selfie, or company registration documents) are processed by our verification partner and the results are stored with your account.

Transaction and inquiry data. Listings you create, inquiries you send, messages exchanged in deal rooms, signed agreements, and related records.

Usage data. Log information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and searches performed (including tail-number searches), which we use for security, auditing, and improving the service.

Public registry data. The platform incorporates aircraft registration data from public sources such as the FAA Civil Aviation Registry. This data is public record and is not collected from you.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the marketplace: verifying identity, displaying listings, facilitating inquiries and transactions, processing agreements, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with you about your account and transactions.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) counterparties to a transaction you initiate (for example, when you submit an inquiry on a listing); (b) service providers who support the platform (identity verification, electronic signature, email delivery, and hosting providers); and (c) authorities where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records must be retained where the law requires it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.

9. Contact
