Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eagle Wings Aviation platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

Eagle Wings operates a private marketplace connecting aircraft buyers and sellers. Eagle Wings is not a party to any aircraft purchase agreement between users, does not take title to aircraft, and does not provide legal, tax, or airworthiness advice. Information on the platform — including registry data, specifications, and photos — is provided for convenience and must be independently verified before any transaction.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Access to pricing, owner information, and transaction features requires successful identity verification. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse data obtained through the Service, or otherwise violate these Terms.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for holding the right to sell the listed aircraft, and for disclosing material defects. Listings are subject to review and may be edited, declined, or removed at our discretion. Registry-sourced records shown on the platform are not offers to sell unless explicitly listed by a verified seller.

Use of certain features — including submitting inquiries and completing transactions — is subject to fee agreements (such as a finder’s fee or seller listing agreement) that are presented and signed electronically before the relevant feature is used. The applicable rates and terms are stated in those agreements.

The platform incorporates publicly available aircraft registration data. This data is provided as-is from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. You agree to use owner and registry information solely in connection with legitimate aircraft transactions through the Service, and not for unsolicited mass marketing, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

You may not: misrepresent your identity or authority; scrape, resell, or systematically extract platform data; circumvent the Service to avoid applicable fees after being introduced to a counterparty through the platform; interfere with the operation or security of the Service; or use the Service in violation of applicable law, including export control and sanctions regulations.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Wings disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Eagle Wings does not warrant the accuracy of listings, registry data, valuations, or photographs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Wings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or any transaction between users.

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may close your account at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
